 Gentle Hatha Yoga - with Patti
   A gentle approach to Hatha including asana ( postures), pranayama (breathwork) and yoga nidra meditation. A nicely blended class for those new to the practice, those with limitations, as well as those experienced yogis who would like to balance out a more strenuous routine. This class can be enjoyed as is intense or as restorative as the practitioner chooses. Breath by breath. Moment by moment. Patti Akers RYT is a yoga alliance certified instructor with experience in chronic pain management.

Yoga for Beginners - with Jennifer
  
For beginners and those who like to keep it basic. Students are immersed in the fundamentals of Yoga. You will be instructed and supported in learning about foundation poses, proper alignment in the poses, breathing techniques and meditation. This class will give you the tools you need to walk into any yoga class and feel comfortable. Certified Yoga instructor, Jennifer Cleveland is a former paramedic & personal trainer.

Yoga Nidra Meditation
  Yoga Nidra Meditation is the ultimate in relaxation. This is a very calming therapeutic form of yoga. Yoga Nidra means "yogic sleep". Participants remain conscious and awake yet deeply relaxed and focused on their own personal experience.
   Studies show this ancient practice is helpful in managing stress, anxiety, pain and insomnia as well as many other chronic conditions. Working with this practice can significantly improve ones quality of life. By creating new neural pathways, enhancing brain function and creativity we steadily gain a better emotional balance thus becoming more peaceful and happy.
   Each class will include different variations of breathwork, meditation, slow gentle stretching and progressive body relaxation - leaving you feeling relaxed, restored and balanced. Patti Akers RYT is a certified Yoga Nidra meditation teacher.

   Cecelia Quinn is a Yoga Alliance certified instructor, specializing in an original dance-flow style of yoga. Cecelia blends both tradition and new ways of movement into her flows, moving the body in a free, organic style to help further connect us to our true yoga. While focusing on allowing the body to move freely and with intention, There is always a deep emphasis on the breath.   These fun and enriching classes incorporate poses, breathing, relaxation, games, positive thinking, creative visualization and so much more!  Karuna is a highly experienced instructor and has spent many years introducing and sharing her joy of Yoga with kids as a basis for building self-respect, mindfulness, balance, coordination, body-awareness & peaceful practice from the inside out.

  Hatha Yoga with Ellen
   Instructor, Ellen Cameron is a senior disciple of Yoga Gupta (Swami Kailashanda) since 1976. In addition to teaching yoga for 35 years, Ellen is a registered nurse specializing in rehabilitation. Her intimate knowledge of anatomy & physiology and intuitive awareness has assisted her in communicating both the physical and psychological benefits of Yoga. Ellen's experience allows her to modify asana to the students’ ability so they get the benefits of the practice without strain. This multi-level Hatha Yoga class is for beginners and intermediates.

Kali Natha Yoga ignites the flame of self-awakening and raises Kundalini energy. This yoga can be practiced by anyone, at any age and in any physical condition.

Kundalini Yoga - with Jessica Martin
  Kundalini yoga is the yoga of awareness, and will raise and expand your vibrational level through specific yoga movements, breathwork and mantras. This Kundalini class is rigorous yet is acceptable for all levels. Along with yoga postures you can expect mantra, pranayam (breath work), meditation, and a love-filled place of acceptance. Jessica Martin has 14 years experience, and is a certified Kundalini Yoga instructor (as taught by Yogi Bhajan).

 ASHTANGA YOGA Program:

Ashtanga Yoga with Dena
      A 90-minute challenging yoga class with dynamic interconnecting postures to increase flexibility, strength & circulation.  Ashtanga led primary series - also known as Yoga  Chikitsa (YogaTherapy). This class follows the full primary series of the Ashtanga vinyasa system as taught in the tradition of Sri K Pattabhi Join of Mysore India. This strong sequence of posture utilizes Ujjayi breath and  bandha (energy locks) to increase muscular strength, flexibility, concentration and to deepen one’s connection with the divine.
  Instructor Dena Hall has over 20 years experience as a yoga teacher and personal trainer.
